Technical Specifications

• Designed for bagging products in 5, 10 and 25 kg bags.
• The machine has two weighing heads.
• Each weighing head has its own independently controlled load cell.
• The weighing hopper is filled by gravity flow and a pneumatic gate.
• Product throttle system is used for precise filling.
• All settings can be stored in memory.
• The number of bags filled can be viewed on the screen at any time.
• The system has a sewing machine that will start the sewing process as it sees the bag and automatically cuts the rope as the process finishes.
• The stand of the sewing machine can be adjusted according to the size of the sacks.
• The sewing machine is controlled from its integrated control panel (optional).
• There is a conveyor system which carries the sewing machine to stitch the bags.
• The conveyor belt has guide barriers to keep the bags moving in a straight line.
• The conveyor belt height is automatically adjustable by electric motor. Weighing tolerance: ±20 g for a 25 kg bag.
