A vibratory screen that uses vibration to sort hazelnuts accurately and consistently.

Intended Use

The Vibratory Screen is a self-balancing screen mounted on eight springs and operating with a unidirectional screening motion. Depending on its application, it can be manufactured as a mobile unit with wheels or a stationary unit with fixed legs.

Technical Specifications

  • Vibratory motors mounted on the chassis generate vibration according to the product and operating principle.
  • The vibratory motor allows the impact intensity to be adjusted to the process. Even a high-force vibrator can therefore deliver the required low vibration force.
  • The machine features replaceable cassette-type screen openings and adjustable trough dimensions, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
  • It is used for product feeding and conveying, bulk product filling, size grading, and removal of unwanted materials.
  • Vibration springs positioned according to the screen function absorb and continuously reproduce the vibratory motion.
  • Manufactured with one, two, or three decks (optional).
  • Available with a dust extraction unit (optional).
